Song of the Whippoorwill offers the fastest internet in the Smoky Mountains, providing guests with a high-speed 1.2 GB connection through Xfinity. For the security of the property and the safety of our guests, the exterior of the home is monitored by security cameras. Hot Tub Agreement: By using the hot tub, guests agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge the Host, along with the Host’s employees, agents, successors, and assigns, from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action that guests, their household members, or their guests or invitees may have at any time arising from the use of the spa. Sorry but NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. • Pest Management: Monthly pest control is conducted, but bugs are common in the mountainous area. Please report any pest concerns. • Noise: Located on a secluded mountain, a small amount of road noise at times my be audible from the valley below due to the clear mountain air. • Amenities: • Gas grill: A backup propane tank is stored beneath the end table by the outdoor couch to ensure uninterrupted grilling. • Fire pit: A spare full propane tank is kept under the end table near the fire pit seating. • Holiday Stays: Starting November 1st, the home will feature Christmas decorations, and the listing will be updated with new photos.
